Simple confined space drill that is great for athletes of all types.
Improves response and change of direction, increases hip flexibility, terrific for improving body control and quickness. Coaching points: avoid stutter step on plant foot, keep shoulders square. Focus on knee drive and hip swivel by sticking plant foot and driving knee up and over cones.

Thanks for the tip; this is something I can add into my routine since I do the majority of my workout at my house and I don’t have a whole lot of extra space.
