Below are two versions of my favorite dynamic stretch to help warm up and loosen the lower back and hips. On both versions start slow and stay smooth. Keep arms, chest or upper back in contact with ground. Rotate your hips and reach for your hand with opposite foot while keeping legs straight. As you begin to loosen up gradually increase reach and range of motion.
